Since 2005 I am running my own BodyTalk practice. Through constant studying I developed myself and became an Advanced PaRama BodyTalk Practitioner. As I am always looking for ways to assist my clients' healing, I felt compelled to also become a Cranio-Sacral Fascial Therapy Practitioner as the two modalities compliment each other wonderfully.

In BodyTalk one of the main goals is to balance the communication between the two brainhalves to improve the brainfunction as all disease is reflected in the brain at some level. In CFT it is important to improve the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid, which is the critical factor in healthy brainfunction. As in BodyTalk, CFT states that unhealthy brain function can be the determining factor of disease. Both, BodyTalk and CFT are non-invasive, don't diagnose and don't prescribe medication. These are holistic modalities, which by enhancing the brainfunction, support the body's innate ability to heal itself.

I also specialised as a BodyTalk Practitioner for Animals and a Linking Awareness Facilitator. These two modalities, into which CFT can be woven, create a better understanding for what is going on in the animal's universe, and how to address the lack of awareness for the animals, for nature and for non-verbal human beings' needs, and the often absent lack of awareness for the contribution all these sentient beings could be to our lives.

Another module I am very fond of is Access Consciousness BARS™, where by activating 32 points on the head we assist the body to release limiting considerations, thought forms and points of view that we have gathered over the years. To spread the awareness of this healing modality I have also become a BARS™ facilitator.

Linking Awareness and BARS™ courses are taught by me in South Africa and internationally all through the year.

I'm a Linking Awareness Facilitator and a BodyTalk practitioner for humans a as well as for animals, and am passionate about giving non-verbal sentient beings, like animals a “voice”, and to empower humans at the same time by giving them tools to listen telepathically to the “voiceless”.

I love working with BodyTalk techniques and the Linking Awareness tools as this creates a better understanding for what is going on in these two different “Universes”; the lack of awareness for the needs of animals, for the earth and for non-verbal beings is addressed.

In my 9 years of practice as an Advanced BodyTalk Practitioner, I have devleoped a deep respect for the innate healing ability of the body. The body and brain strive to protect us and support us, from injury, trauma and environmental stressors. Sometimes, however, these protective patterns become locked or stuck. By incorporating CranioSacralFasciaTherapy into my practise, I have seen this ability of the body to release tensions and restrictions, whether inherited or as a result of birth trauma, accident or injury, simply and effectively.

During a treatment, I have two questions for the body, as I hold the head, or other body part.... What is the priority?  and  What is ready to unwind?   The body and brain know the answer! It is my job to simply listen, and follow, holding the area to support the client, and tapping the head to focus the brain on making the changes

Sometimes, the body will not release fascial strain in a muscle, bone or organ, without finding specific details, of a stored event or  emotion, via the BodyTalk protocol.

Sometimes, the body seems to hold onto an emotion, event, allergy, belief, until the fascia strain is unwound, via CFT

Combining CranioSacralFascialTherapy with BodyTalk has taken the treatments I offer, to a new level. Clients call to book a BodyTalk treatment, and ask "but please include that fascial work too because thats the part that makes the changes immediate".

CFT and BodyTalk encourages the body's innate ability to heal itself, in profound ways

I love working with patients of all ages. I have a special place in my heart for babies and the parents that have the responsibility of raising them. There is so much strain caused on these little bodies during the last few weeks in the confined space in uterus as well as during the birthing process. But the effects of this strain can be relieved through CFT! As CFT practitioner I am excited to help parent and babies that are struggling daily. Through CFT treatment I have seen babies begin to sleep, eat, feel and move better in a single treatment! Therefore I feel honoured to be able to help these little ones and prevent the complications that would inevitably have arisen later in life. I believe every baby should have this opportunity.]]>
